B DAY

Middle/High School Announcements

Today’s Lunch:  Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad on a Whole Wheat Wrap,

Cucumber Salad, Broccoli Salad, Fresh Fruit.

The Library will be closed all day Monday.

MVU Summer Academy registration forms are now available, deadline to register is Wednesday, June 1st. Turn your forms in early to get your first class choices. Summer Session starts Monday, June 20.  Flyers are  available at the front office, the HUB, the Library and with TSA's. Please contact Tessa Massett MVU Summer Academy Coordinator with any questions.  

We’re all getting excited for adventure to come traveling through the beautiful country of Italy next year. The Grand Tour of Italy is certainly going to be a trip to remember!  There has been a ton of interest in the tour, so we are extending the enrollment deadline through Monday, May 31. This will result in lower monthly payments and get you started with our very successful fundraising events.  Our current fundraisers are Dining To Donate, June 16th at Applebee's and Popcorn Palace's Fundraiser as seen on The Food Network.  This fundraiser includes several

kinds of popcorn including kettle corn,nutty caramel, spicy cheese, fruit rainbow, cookies & dream, white cheddar.  Information will be left in the teachers' room, A-37,  and on the table in the front lobby.  We have many travelers already on-board, and many other others we are expecting to join. Please make sure to reserve your seat at www.eftours.com/1807779MN.  This trip is open to students (8-12), parents and adults - you do not have to be in any particular class to be eligible to travel!  Please let me know if you have any questions, hope to see you on my roster soon!  Enrollment information in A-37 and on the table in the front lobby.

Attention Seniors:  If you haven’t already, please pick up your cap and gown in Mrs. Larose’s office.  Cost is $20.00.   

There will be a football meeting in the theater TODAY, Friday, May 20th during TSA for all interested incoming 9th and 12th grade student athletes that would like to participate in football this coming fall. Please check in with your TSA teacher before you go to the meeting.  Current 8th grade students: Please note you are encouraged to attend. Check in with your period 6 teacher at 12:50 then report to the theater. If you are unable to attend, see Mr. Sheeler in C5 at a later time.

Attention Sophomores:  Those students enrolled in English 11 Accelerated for the 2016-2017 school year will have a meeting in room E-13 today, Friday, May 20th, during TSA.  The meeting will take the entire TSA period.  Students will be given the social contracts for the class and the required summer assignment.  If you think you are enrolled in the class but are unsure, please contact your guidance counselor to check for enrollment.  

Attention all students in grades 8 through 11:  Student Council Petitions are on the desk outside of Mr. Hartman’s office.  They must be signed and returned to the box in Mrs. Larose’s office.

Middle School Concert Wednesday, May 25th at 6:30 in the theater.

The 8th grade baseball and softball teams travel to Mt. Abraham today. Dismissal at 1:30 for a 1:45 departure. Game time is 4:00.

The 7th grade baseball and softball teams play at home vs. Mt. Abraham. Game time is 4:00.

The Middle School Golf Team is dismissed at 12:45 for a 1:00 departure.
