Spring Sports registration is open.  Please register at mvuathletics.org if you would like to participate in Track and Field, Baseball, Softball and MS Golf.  If you would like to be a manager for a team, you also must sign up.  Make sure your physical is up to date, within the past 2 years and you are academically eligible (based on 2nd quarter grades).

PLEASE HAND IN ANY CROSSROADS FORMS THIS MORNING. Crossroads Mud Season Session begins Monday, March 12th.

There will be an informational meeting for all baseball players in grades 9-12 on Friday, March 9th at 3:15 in Commons.  If you cannot make this meeting please contact Coach Sargent before March 9th by emailing him at mvubaseball@gmail.com or messaging the Friends of MVU Baseball facebook page.  Open gyms will continue this Sunday from 10-11:30 in the gym and will continue on March 4th and 11th.  All baseball players in grades 7-12 are encouraged to attend regardless of experience or ability level.

The UVM Department of Mathematics and Statistics will be holding it's Sixty-First Annual High School Prize Examination in Mathematics on March 14th from 8:30am-10:30am in the library.  Any 7-12 graders interested in participating see Mr. MacCormick in E5 to sign up.



Attention 10th Grade Students: MEDQUEST 2018 - Health Careers Exploration summer program at Northern Vermont University, Johnson Campus, formerly Johnson State College.   This 6-day residential program is for 10th-grade students.  Applications are available at www.nvtahec.org.  The application deadline is Wednesday, March 7, 2018.  Please stop by guidance if you have any questions.

ASVAB Test, Tuesday, March 20th at 8:30 am in the MVU Library.  It's not just a test for entrance into the military.  It's a test designed to help you explore different career areas. If interested or have questions please see your guidance counselor.

  • JV & varsity girls’ basketball teams will be hosting Vergennes.  JV plays at 5:30, varsity plays at 7:00.  This is girls’ basketball and pep band senior game.  
This Weekend in Sports:
  • JV & varsity boys’ basketball teams will be travelling to Vergennes.  Bus leaves at 12:45.  JV plays at 3:00, varsity plays at 4:30.
  • Varsity girls’ hockey team will be travelling to Stowe. Bus leaves at 1:45, game time is 4:15.
  • Varsity boys’ hockey team will be hosting Woodstock.  This is their senior game.  Game time is 1:00.
