Lunch Today: BBQ Chicken Sandwich, Orange Romaine Salad,
Cauliflower Salad, Fresh Fruit.
Tomorrow’s Lunch: Homemade Chili with Beans, Baked Potato, Steamed
Broccoli, Whole Wheat Dinner Roll, Fresh Fruit.

Properly prepared students are expected to be dressed as professionally as they can be and updated resumes are encouraged if going to the Career Fair Today. Hats and hoods will not be allowed to be worn inside complex, including at the guest speaker presentation. It is important that hats and phones be left at school or on the bus.  Students are kindly asked to  report to first period classes  and they will be called to the lobby after the pledge and announcements for attendance and boarding the buses.

The Little Mermaid Tickets will be on sale in the commons during lunch periods.  Tickets are $7 for students/seniors and $10 for adults. The last day to purchase tickets in advance are Tuesday, April 5th.

MVU Crossroads & AfterHours Spring Flyers are available, deadline to register is Wednesday, April 13th. Make sure registration forms are handed in before Spring break!  Spring Session starts Monday, April 25.  Flyers are  available at front office, the HUB, the Library and with TSA's. Please contact Tessa Massett MVU Crossroads & Afterhours Coordinator with any questions.

Middle School Spring Sports start on Wednesday, April 13th from 3:00-5:00.

National Junior Honor Society applications are due tomorrow!

There is a Middle School Dance tomorrow starting at 7:00 and ending at 9:00. This is an Alzheimer’s Awareness Dance with all proceeds donated to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Additional donations are accepted in the HUB.

Highgate Parks and Recreation 2016 Indoor Soccer Registration is now taking place for U12 (ages 11-12) and U14 (ages 13-14) players. Forms are available from your teacher, the HUB or the Front Desk. Registration deadline is April 8th.

Students interested in taking “Summer Driver Ed” need to sign up in the Guidance office or online (using the registration form line) on the school website.  Deadline is tomorrow!

The NJHS would like to inform everyone that the annual Easter Weekend Pie Sale will be happening TODAY.
Come get a pie in the teachers lounge to bring to any Easter events you will be attending this weekend and let the NJHS kids bake for you!
There will be many types of pies all the way from maple, apple, raspberry, etc.....
Prices will be on the pies and we are asking you to use the honors system to pay, there will be a jar where you can drop off cash or check.
thank you for supporting NJHS the money will be put towards the induction ceremony for the new members.

Emmeline Reader - New England Section Institute of Food Technology Prize plus a trip to present at their annual meeting.
Evan Barron - STC’s 1st place for best science fair project in Franklin County.
Isabelle Paquette - State silver medal (top 20 in state)
Karissa McFadden - Top Junior in the State & best UV light project.
Mikaela Magnant - Top Senior in the State and silver medal from Desai management consulting.
Olivia McGovern - Vermont Sigma Xi prize.

There is a meeting for all athletes interested in joining the varsity cheerleading team next year, the meeting will discuss cheer camp in June and other events and fundraisers. please meet in A32 immediately after school. The meeting will run until 3:30

The National Junior Honor Society Members are selling pies in the Teacher’s Lounge for $10-$15tomorrow, March 25th. Get your pies for Easter Dinner, no need to bake!!

Anyone who would like to sign up to give blood during our annual blood drive on Wednesday, March 23rd, there is a sign up sheet in the high school office.  Just record your name next to the time you would like to give blood.  Any student who is 16 years or older you must fill out and return it to Mrs. Gagne as soon as possible.  Forms are also on the table in the high school office.
