A Day

The library will be closed all day today.

The Animal Science classes have fresh eggs and beef for sale.  If interested, please emial James Messier (jmessier@fnwsu.org) or contact a student in the Animal Science class.

The Mud Season flyer for Crossroads  & AfterHours is now available. Please return completed forms and surveys to the Main Office or HUB by the end of the day today.

Leonard Parent will be here to handout sports pictures today during all lunch periods.  If you owe any money, please bring it in at this time.

Model UN and Debate will meet today from 3-4 in D8 to discuss the upcoming North Country Model UN conference field trip.  Any interested students are welcome.  

There will be an informational meeting for all baseball players in grades 9-12 on Friday, March 9th at 3:15 in Commons.  If you cannot make this meeting please contact Coach Sargent before March 9th by emailing him at mvubaseball@gmail.com or messaging the Friends of MVU Baseball facebook page.  Open gyms will continue this Sunday from 10-11:30 in the gym and will continue on March 4th and 11th.  All baseball players in grades 7-12 are encouraged to attend regardless of experience or ability level.

On Friday March 9th at 10:00 SSGT Martinson from the US Marine Corp. will be here to provide information about the NROTC program.

The UVM Department of Mathematics and Statistics will be holding it's Sixty-First Annual High School Prize Examination in Mathematics on March 14th from 8:30am-10:30am in the library.  Any 7-12 graders interested in participating see Mr. MacCormick in E5 to sign up.

Attention 10th Grade Students: MEDQUEST 2018 - Health Careers Exploration summer program at Northern Vermont University, Johnson Campus, formerly Johnson State College. This 6-day residential program is for 10th-grade students.  Applications are available at www.nvtahec.org.  The application deadline is Wednesday, March 7, 2018.  Please stop by guidance if you have any questions.

Spring Sports registration is open.  Please register at mvuathletics.org if you would like to participate in Track and Field,  Baseball, Softball and MS Golf.  If you would like to be a manager for a team, you also must sign up.  Make sure your physical is up to date, within the past 2 years and you are academically eligible (based on 2nd quarter grades).

ASVAB Test, Tuesday, March 20th at 8:30 am in the MVU Library.  It's not just a test for entrance into the military.  It's a test designed to help you explore different career areas. If interested or have questions please see your guidance counselor.
