B Day

Today in Sports:
  • JV & varsity girls’ soccer teams will be hosting Rice “Under the Lights” tonight.  Games will be played on the varsity field.  JV plays at 5:15, varsity plays at 7:15.  $2.00 for adults, $1.00 for students and seniors, free for MVU students.

Attention all student drivers:  Please park in your assigned parking spots.  If you have not registered your vehicle, please pick up a parking application in the high school office and return it to Mrs. Larose as soon as possible.

Enrollment for the McClure STEM Teen Leaders employment program is now closed. If you filled out a form and either have not been contacted or have questions, please contact Mrs. Moore or Mrs. Bowen.

The library will be closed today  9:40 - 10:30 and 11:45 - 1:06.

The first NHS member meeting is Thursday, September 14 at 7:45 in the library.  NHS students will not be in TSA that day.

PSAT  (Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test). The PSAT exam will be administered at MVU on Saturday, October 14 to sophomores and juniors.  The College Board automatically screens juniors for the National Merit Scholarship Program, an academic competition for recognition and scholarships.   To sign up, students should stop by the guidance office and see Mrs. Greenia.  The cost is $16. The exam starts promptly at 8:00 AM and students need to be at MVU by 7:45 AM.  
College Fair - Wednesday, September 20, 2017.  Students in grades 10 – 12 are invited to attend the College Fair at the University of Vermont’s Patrick Gymnasium.  We will leave MVU at 8:15 AM and return by 12:00 PM.  Students should stop by the guidance office and pick up a permission form at the start of school.   The college fair is also open to parents and students on Tuesday, September 19 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

The 9th Annual MVU-BFA Powder Puff benefit football game will take place on Saturday, September 23rd at the Collins-Perley Sports Complex beginning at 7:00 pm.  Come watch the senior girls from our two schools compete on the gridiron to support The Bashaw Trauma Center at Northwest Medical Center.  Remember there's nothing Powder Puff about this Football game!
