B-DAY
MVU’s Haunted Forest will take place this Friday the 28th & Saturday the 29th from 6:00-9:00 pm. Admission is $10.00 with an unlimited times bracelet for $20.00/ (A rain night will be Sunday the 30th).
MVU’s Annual Trunk or Treat will take place on Sunday, October 30th from 12:00-2:00. Come and check it out!
The Freshman skit was on the schedule to practice at 6 but the concert is at 6:30 so we are changing our time to 4-5:15 instead in room D6.

HS Boys OPEN GYM WED. NIGHT (Tonight) 7-8:30 pm
There will be a Middle School Open Gym Saturday morning from 10-noon. Boys and Girls are welcome!
Open gym for girls in grades 7-12 interested in playing basketball this winter. Held this week Thursday, 10/27 from 2:45-4:00. Please contact jdaly@fnwsu.org with questions.
Choral Concert in the theatre today at 6:30 Wednesday, October 26th.
Band Concert in the theatre at 6:30 Thursday, October 27th.
High School Sports Awards are Thursday, November 3rd at 6:00 in the Commons.
There is a Middle School Halloween Costume Contest on Friday, October 28th. Prizes awarded for the scariest, funniest, most original & prime group with the most participation. Rules: Nothing covering your entime face, no weapons (real or fake), school dress codes apply, no clown costumes please.
On Monday, October 31st, there will be a representative here from Colby Sawyer College at 8:30. If you are interested in getting some information about Colby Sawyer College, please stop by the guidance office and get a pass to be allowed out of class.
Also on Monday, October 31st at 10:30 , there will be a representative here form Bishop's University. If you would like more information about Bishop's University, please stop by and get a pass from Mrs Greenia in the guidance office.
SOCKTOBER! Bring in socks/gloves to donate to the good samaritan house... Collection box in the front lobby! Whichever crossroads site that raises the most socks will get a special surprise!
All students who want to play a winter sport, please sign up on line at mvuathletics.org. Don’t forget to check with the school nurse to make sure your physical is up to date.
NJHS Horror Movie Night is on October 28th at 4:30 before the Haunted Forest. Please turn in permission slips to your prime group teacher.
Voice of Democracy Contest is open to all students grades 9-12. Students should check in with their social studies or English teacher for a copy of the brochure with rules for the competition. The deadline is Nov 1, 2016.
