B Day
Today in Sports:
- 7th & 8th grade boys’
basketball teams will be travelling to Georgia. Bus leaves at 3:00.
7th grade plays at 4:00, 8th grade plays at 5:00.
- Varsity girls’ ice hockey team
will be travelling to Harwood. Team is dismissed at 12:40, bus
leaves at 1:00. Game time is 3:30.
- JV & varsity boys’
basketball teams will be travelling to Fairfax. Bus leaves at 4:30.
JV plays at 6:00, varsity plays at 7:30.
- 8th grade girls’ basketball
team will be hosting Georgia. Game time is 3:45.
- JV & varsity girls’ basketball teams will be hosting North Country. JV plays at 5:30, varsity plays at 7:00.
After a very entertaining week, NJHS is happy to announce to you
that the winner of this year's NJHS Penny War is Ms. Percy's homeroom! As
a middle school, we were able to raise a total of $674.93 for our NJHS Relay
for Life team! Thank you all for allowing for a little extra energy in
the hallways last week, and for talking the fundraiser up in your rooms!

Bring a friend and check out how you can make this trip a reality with our many
fundraising options, and save $100 when you sign up ($95 deposit) by Friday,
February 2nd! RSVP to Mrs Machia by Friday, January 26th and be entered
in a drawing to win an additional $100!
Semi tickets are on sale in Mrs. Larose’s office
during all lunch periods from now through February 1st. Cost is $15.00.
Food and drinks will be provided.
If you are bringing a guest who is not an MVU
student, you must fill out a “guest contract” and return it to Mrs. Larose no
later than Wednesday, January 31st. The contracts can be picked up in
Mrs. Larose’s office.
The Franklin Northwest SU Superintendent’s
search will be concluding on February 7th. On Wednesday February 7th, there will be an opportunity
for the community to Meet and Greet, and ask questions of all Superintendent’s
finalist/s that the search committee moves forward. Your input is valued by the
Franklin Northwest Supervisory Union School Board so please try to attend from
4:15-5:15 PM at Missisquoi Valley Union School Library and Room A 32. We
