B Day

Today in Sports:
  • 7th grade girls, 7th & 8th grade boys’ basketball teams will be hosting St. Albans Town.  7th grade girls play at 5:00, 7th grade boys play at 6:00, 8th grade boys play at 7:00.
  • Middle School Cheer Team will be travelling to Collins Perley for a competion.  Bus leaves at 4:00.
This weekend in Sports:

  • Varsity girls’ ice hockey team will be travelling to South Burlington (Cairns Arena).  Bus leaves at 11:00.  Game time is 12:45.
  • Varsity dance team will be travelling to Enosburg for a competition.  Bus leaves at 12:30. Competition begins at 5:00.
  • JV & varsity boys’ basketball teams will be travelling to Middlebury.  Bus leaves at 8:45.  JV plays at 11:00, varsity plays at 12:30.
  • JV & varsity girls’ basketball teams will be hosting Middlebury.  JV plays at 12:00, varsity plays at 1:30.
  • Varsity boys’ ice hockey team will be hosting St. Johnsbury.  Game time is 7:00.
Semi tickets are on sale in Mrs. Larose’s office during all lunch periods from now through February 1st. If you are bringing a guest who is not an MVU student, you must fill out a “guest contract” and return it to Mrs. Larose no later than Wednesday, January 31st.  The contracts can be picked up in Mrs. Larose’s office.  

The Franklin Northwest SU Superintendent’s search will be concluding on February 7th. On Wednesday February 7th, there will be an opportunity for the community to Meet and Greet, and ask questions of all Superintendent’s finalist/s that the search committee moves forward. Your input is valued by the Franklin Northwest Supervisory Union School Board so please try to attend from 4:15-5:15 PM at Missisquoi Valley Union School Library and Room A 32.  We look forward to hearing your questions and receiving your input so please:  SAVE THE DATE – FEBRUARY 7TH, 2018 at 4:15 PM.  

If you are interested in attending a panel on any of the following career fields: Health Care, Manufacturing/Engineering, Trades (Including Renewable Energy, or Human Services/Education at CCV the morning of February 7th, please see Mrs. Hartman and sign up by this Friday, January 19th.

Students participating in winter activities (Sports, Musical, Pep Band) are reminded that the end of Quarter 2/Semester 1 will be on Monday, January 22nd.  Be certain to check with your teachers regarding any missing or incomplete work.
