A-DAY

Girls JV and Varsity soccer will be hosting Vergennes.  Game time is 4:30.

Middle school field hockey team travels to Stowe today. Dismissal at 1:45; bus departs at 2:00. Game time is 4:00.

8th grade boys and girls soccer teams travel to Enosburgh today. Dismissal at 2:30; bus departs at 2:45. Game times 4:00 & 5:00.

7th grade boys and girls soccer teams play at home vs. St. Albans City School. Games played at 4:30.

A Day in the Life is a one-day educational program held at the Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans, VT.  The program provides students in grades 10 - 12 the opportunity to explore the health care field in a community setting.  If you are interested in learning more about a number of different healthcare careers and  strengthening skills and resources for career development apply online at www.cvahec.org/programs/high-school-student/a-day-in-the-life/.  applications are due by noon on Tuesday, September 27, 2016.  For questions, see Mrs. Hartman or your guidance counselor.

The middle school has launched their annual fall fundraiser selling coupon books. The profit from each book sold goes directly to that students team to help fund activities and the end of the year field trip. You may purchase the books directly from 7th and 8th grade students or online. TOMORROW IS THE LAST DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

2016 College Fair - St. Michael's College   Thursday, September 22, 2016 - The bus will leave MVU at 8:30 and we will return at noon.  Juniors and Seniors interested in going to the college fair should sign up in the guidance office and pick up a permission form.  The deadline for returning permission forms is Tuesday, September 20th.

As you may have heard, there are rumors that the Tower of Pisa is not safe and may be torn down, even after extensive renovations to help strenghthen and stabilize it.  Don't miss your chance to see Pisa first-hand, and maybe for the last time!  It is not too late to enroll for " Italy 2017"; deadline is September 23, 2017.  Brochures are on the table in the lobby, Middle School HUB, Ms Hoffmann (C-2), or Mrs Machia (A-37).  

PSAT's will be held at MVU on Saturday, October 15th this year.  If you are interested in taking the PSAT's , please stop by the guidance office to sign-up.
