Today in Sports:

• 7th grade girls (blue & red teams) & boys basketball team will be hosting Alburg. 7th grade girls will play at 5:00, 7th grade boys will play at 6:00.

The sophomore class of 2020 will be having a meeting during TSA on Monday, December 18th in the theater.

On Wednesday, December 20th the Middle School will be holding an Ugly Sweater Contest. Judges will go around to prime groups in the morning. First place prize - 2 passes to the Welden Theatre. Second and third place prizes - candy. Next year we will hold this on the National Ugly Sweater Day. It is tradionally celebrated on the third Friday of December.

There is a High School Holiday Concert on Monday, December 18th in the Trahan Theatre at 6:30.

There is a Middle School Holiday Concert on Wednesday, December 18th in the Trahan Theatre at 6:30.

Entrance fee for all  MVU's home basketball and hockey games (JV & Varsity)  is $4.00 adults, $1.00 students and seniors (over 65), Free to any current MVU student w/ school ID & children under 12.

Registration forms for the Crossroads & AfterHours Winter session are now available. Please see your TSA or Prime Group Teacher for a copy. Extra copies can be found at the front office, Middle School Office, or the Crossroads and AfterHours bulletin boards. Forms are due back by Thursday, December 21st. This current session ends on Wednesday, December 20th.

Attention Middle School Students: Ski/Board for free at Jay Peak! You are eligible if your quarter one report card reflects you are proficient on all habits of work. Get a free lift ticket all quarter long by bringing your MVU student ID to the Jay Peak customer service. Offer does not include rentals.

On Tuesday, December 19th there will be a representative of the Air National Guard here at 10:00. If you would like to meet with a rep and learn more about the opportunities offered in the Air National Guard, please see Mrs. Greenia or your guidance counselor to get a pass to this meeting.

The Tech Center tour for sophomores has been changed to Wednesday, January 10th.  If you have any questions, please see your guidance counselor.
