Are you seriously considering a career in health care? If so, Champlain Valley AHEC has begun accepting applications for this summer's 2016 MedQuest program! The application itself is to be completed online at www.cvahec.org with to two (2) recommendation forms submitted by two professionals. The application deadline is March 11, 2016. Incomplete applications will not be considered. This is open to high school students currently in 10th or 11th grades. The program fee is $450, and scholarships will be available. Please see Mrs. Hartman or your guidance counselor for any questions regarding the MedQuest program.
Tomorrow is 1/2 day of school for students with dismissal at 11:15.
The Library will be closed all day today.
Tickets for this year’s Semi Formal dance to be held on Saturday, January 30th from 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm at the St. Albans American Legion will be on sale during lunch periods in Mrs. Larose’s office. The cost of a ticket is $15.00. Remember that the Semi Formal is only for high school students in grades 9-12.

Rosie’s Girls STEM Leadership Overnight Camps & Mentorship Program
Audience: Teachers, Guidance Counselors, Parents, Principals, Students
The Rosie’s Girls STEM Leadership Overnight Camps & Mentorship Program is for Vermont girls entering 9th and 10th grades (Fall 2016) and being held at Vermont Tech, Randolph Center Campus, June 20 - 24 or July 11 - 15, 2016. Modeled after Rosie’s Girls Day Camps by Vermont Works for Women these residential camps help build strong, powerful confident young women through hands-on exploration of STEM activities & skilled trades, (Computer Info Tech; Civil/Environmental & Architectural Engineering Tech; Construction Management; Science, Agriculture, Welding; Fire Science; Mechanical & Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) loads of activities, arts, and more.
