B DAY

The NHS Inductions will take place tonight at 6:30 pm in the Trahan Theater.

The Middle School “Thank You” dance will be held this Friday, May 12th from 7:00 - 9:00.

The Crossroads/AfterHours will be holding a Pie 4 Breakfast this Saturday at the Swanton Municipal Building from 8:00 -11:00. 5$ for all you can eat pie (until its gone) children under 5 are free!! The first 50 mothers to come will get a carnation thanks to Claussens.  There will also be a lularoe consultant and some other giveaways.  

Today in Sports:
  • 8th grade softball team will be travelling to East Fairfield.  The bus leaves at 2:45 for a 4:00 game time.
  • 7th grade softball and baseball teams will be hosting Winooski.  Game time is 4:00.

The Library will be closed today from 7:30 - 12:00 for AP testing.

Applications for the William Fournier Memorial Scholarship are due today to Mrs. Lowe-Murray by 3:00 pm.   

Attention high school students:  Anyone who is interesting in running for Student Council, please pick up a form in the high school office and return it to Mrs. Larose.  
Next year’s 8th grade students can pick up their forms in the HUB.

Applications for the Michael Messier Memorial Scholarship are due no later to Mr. Messier by Friday, May 12th.  

Looking for something to do this summer?  Looking to be a positive influence on kids?  There is a chance to become an active community member and serve as a counselor assisting at a day camp right here in Swanton.  A great opportunity to have fun for a week or two from July 31 to August 11 from 8:00 - 12:30 and still have your afternoons free.  See Mrs. Hartman this week if interested!!

Senior Banquet tickets will be on sale beginning today, Monday, May 8th from 7:30 am to 8:00 am and after school in the Senior Area. Last day to purchase tickets will be Wednesday, May 10th. Any questions, please contact Carol Dunphy.

The Middle School is collecting one baby photo (under age 5 if possible) of each 8th grade student to decorate the entryway of the gymnasium for the 8th Grade Celebration. Please bring photos to the HUB at your earliest convenience.
